Dissemination, Outreach and Target Group Coordination – WP5

WP5 ensures the project’s visibility, communication and engagement with target groups and the broader public. It supports all other work packages by managing the project’s digital infrastructure and outreach activities.

Main tasks include:

• Designing and maintaining the project website as a central communication hub;
• Managing digital tools such as online surveys, the Learning Management System (LMS), and the conference platform;
• Producing dissemination materials (articles, fact sheets, videos, press kits, social media content);
• Coordinating events and outreach activities for different target audiences;
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR, accessibility and copyright standards.

Expected results: A strong digital presence, consistent project communication, active engagement of target groups, and a sustainable dissemination strategy that extends beyond the project’s lifetime.
