Project Management – WP1

Objective: Ensure the efficient coordination, implementation and quality monitoring of all project activities.

WP1 provides the administrative and strategic backbone of the project. It oversees planning, coordination between partners, risk management, and reporting to the European Commission. It ensures that activities are aligned with project objectives, deliverables are on time and within budget, and all partners collaborate effectively in a transparent and inclusive way.
