Gender & Diversity Perspective in Math-Intensive STEM Fields – WP2

WP2 focuses on integrating gender-sensitive and diversity-inclusive perspectives into STEM education content.
Key objectives include:

• Creating an inventory of educational resources reflecting inclusive approaches;
• Developing comprehensive educational plans and blended learning courses;
• Conducting pilot courses to test and refine inclusive materials;
• Organizing a European conference to share results and good practices;
• Contributing to the “Gendered Innovation” project by extending its scope to math-intensive fields.

Expected results: Inclusive learning materials, validated pilot courses, trained trainers, and enhanced awareness among educators and students about gender and diversity in STEM.
