Innovative Mentoring, Sponsoring and Networking Approaches – WP4
WP4 explores how mentoring and networking can drive organizational and cultural change in academia.
It addresses challenges such as job insecurity, stress and lack of inclusivity, and promotes mentoring as a transformative practice that supports personal and institutional growth.
Key objectives include:
- Identifying best practices in mentoring programs;
- Implementing GDI-sensitive mentoring actions for mentors and mentees;
- Creating training courses and mentee networks;
- Evaluating the impact of new practices;
- Organizing a final workshop for mentors, mentees and stakeholders.
Expected results: A mentoring “toolbox”, new inclusive mentoring programs, comparative evaluation studies, and strengthened networks across institutions.
